My face is so picky when it comes to sunscreen. I have already tried a lot of sunscreen but all breaks me out except for this NOV UV Shield EX SPF50+ PA++++ for Sensitive Skin (ノブＵＶシールドＥＸ). This is so gentle to my skin.

I tried this first with a sample that I requested on their website. Also, there are other NOV sunscreens samples that were sent to me but this one fits me most.

When it comes to the price, it is expensive. With the price of ¥2,500 (tax not included) for 30 grams, it is hard to buy. But even though the price is high, the quality of the product is great and my skin loves it.

This NOV UV Shield EX (ノブＵＶシールドＥＸ) is cream-type. Also, there is no scent which is a good sign that this will suit a sensitive skin.

Aside from being comfortable to wear I also don’t feel any oil on it and that’s what I like the most with this product. It makes my skin soft but it leaves a white cast which is not much of an issue. Also, I kinda like how it makes my skin one tone brighter and makes it look healthier. Usually, I don’t apply a moisturizer under it because it is already moisturizing. It is also water-proof and amazing as a primer.

This is not my first time eating this Saizeriya Grilled Chicken with Vegetable Salsa (サイゼリヤ若鶏のディアボラ風チキン) for I have already eaten this several times before. And it is my favorite and will still be my choice the next time we eat at Saizeriya.

Every time I order this dish, I always order rice. I couldn’t eat it without rice because they are the perfect combination. Also, the vegetable salsa on the chicken isn’t enough for me so I also order extra.

The price of one dish is ¥500 (tax not included). It is super cheap! But this dish takes time to order because it has to be slow-baked.

The outside of the chicken is crispy while the inside is juicy. The crispiness of the skin adds enjoyment on the dish.

Honestly, the taste of Saizeriya Grilled Chicken with Vegetable Salsa (サイゼリヤ若鶏のディアボラ風チキン) is not consistent. There are times when it is so flavorful, but there are also times when it lacks flavor. Nevertheless, I still love it.

There are two ways on how to enjoy the sauce. The first is to pour the sauce directly on the chicken. Second, just what I always do, dip the chicken on the sauce.

This is how I enjoy this dish. I put my dipped chicken and vegetable salsa over the rice then eat. Sometimes I put some chili flakes which is an original Saizeriya spice that you can get near the drink bar or designated rack for spice for free. Also, eating it with tabasco is also good.

COSTA COFFEE Cafe Latte | Review

I wasn’t really supposed to buy coffee this morning but I this new Costa Coffee Cafe Latte bottled coffee on Family Mart’s fridge caught my easy-to-get attention.

With just looking on the packaging, I can already sense that this is a strong one and I was not wrong. It is indeed strong yet sweet. I am not a fan of strong coffee but I really wanna try this one just once.

This is a good coffee for those who still feel sleepy in the morning. I wasn’t able to finish it in the morning so I tried it again in the evening and it I was still awake later than usual.

CANMAKE Powder Cheeks PW38 Plum Pink | Review

I have this Canmake Powder Cheeks in PW38 Plum Pink for months now but I don’t use it often because I struggle to use this shade. But now, I decided to use this again and find the right style and way in using this.

I can’t remember where I bought this but I know it’s from a drugstore. It costs ¥605 with the tax already included in the price. The price is considered cheap and affordable here in Japan.

Canmake Powder Cheeks is an oil-in-base formula. It contains 8 types of beautifying and moisturizing agents. Those are hyaluronic acid, glycerin, ectoin, squalane, grapeseed oil, honey, royal jelly extract, and apple fruit extract.

It contains fresh moisturized powder, which is said to make our skin moisturize with smooth and silky texture. Also, it is said that the formulation is designed to cling to our cheeks and that it contains a long-lasting effect powder so we can be sure our cheeks will keep looking soft and cute, absorbing extra sebum.

Canmake described this shade as dark pink that makes cheek looks flushed naturally.

The brush feels soft and airy. It is useful but I had a hard time blending the blush with this.

Honestly, at first I had a hard time using this shade. I thought it doesn’t match my skin-tone but I was wrong! It was just me not knowing to deal with this kind of shade.

When using the brush included, the transfer looks natural flush. I also tried using a larger cheek brush and it was much easier and better.

In this picture, I used the brush included. It looks quite good in personal but it looked uneven in this picture. But the result looks as if it is a natural blush.

THE ORDINARY High-Adherence Silicone Primer is a primer that uses advanced adaptive silicones to act as a matte, hydrating, blurring primer for makeup that looks higher in definition and adheres for longer. That is according to theordinary.deciem.com, the official website of The Ordinary.

It is not easy to find this in a store here in Japan. But there are many online store which sells this. The price might vary on every store, but still, the price is very much affordable. As I far as I remember, I bought mine around ¥600. It contains 30ml of the actual product and is good for 12 months after opening.

“This can also be used alone as a non-greasy hydrator that reduces the looks of pores and of imperfections,” The Ordinary stated on their website.

It has jelly-like consistency and clear white color. The smell is quite unpleasant. I couldn’t describe it.

How to use The Ordinary High-Adherence Silicone Primer

Use as the last step in skincare regimen either on its own or as a makeup primer. If irritation occurs, cease use and consult a physician. Use only as directed on unbroken skin. Patch testing prior to use is advised. Keep out of reach of children.

It is really mattifying just like what The Ordinary stated. It smoothened the area and blurs a little bit.

The powder foundation looks much better with this primer. I was amazed on how it hid my pores. Also, when you touch it, it’s so smooth!

NISSIN Cup Noodle Seafood Noodle | Blog

There is like no one who dislikes this Nissin Cup Noodle Seafood. It is one of Japan’s legendary cup ramen. This has been on the top ranking of best-selling ramen in Japan for years now. And, I know that it will still be, even after a decade.

This morning I ate a big size one for breakfast. Yes for breakfast! 😂 But not always.

There are a lot of delicious toppings inside this Nissin Cup Noodle Seafood. The pink ones are pieces of crap sticks. White ones with a purplish edge are octopuses. Yellow ones are eggs. The greens are leeks.

To cook this, boil water and pour into this cup ramen until the visible line. Sometimes I don’t fill it when I want it to be a little saltier. Then wait for 3 minutes.

Now it’s cooked. 🥰

Sometimes, when I want my noodles to be soggy, I leave it for another 3 minutes.

I don’t eat this ramen always but there are times when I crave this. When I am still not full after consuming all the noodles, I add rice to the soup.

Now, I enjoy eating my Nissin Seafood Noodle with shichimi to add a little spiciness to my ramen.

I bought again my favorite DAISO HELLO BEAUTY SELECTION Friend Nail Color My Melody but this time the color is Pearl Champagne Rose.

The color of this nail polish is rose gold. I bet it will make my nails look super-duper gorgeous.

Just like the other DAISO HELLO BEAUTY SELECTION Friend Nail Color, the scent of this My Melody in Pearl Champagne Rose is super strong. Therefore, I recommend applying this in a well-ventilated area.

Though it kind of looks similar to the Shiny Cappuccino which I have tried before, this one is less obvious on a single coat. Yes, it looks sheer and simple, but still, it looks gorgeous.

OMG! The flavor is really close to a sakura. The sweetness is just right. And, the texture of the cake is fluffy.

STARBUCKS Sakura Fluffy Berry Frappuccino Blended Cream | Taste Review

Finally, the Cherry Blossom season is here! This is the season where Starbucks makes Sakura limited edition drinks, pastries, and tumblers. And this year, their limited edition Frappuccino is Sakura Fluffy Berry Frappuccino Blended Cream.

It is only available on Tall size which I think is just enough to enjoy this drink. The price of this is 590 with the tax not included.

Two slightly sweet and sour berries are mixed with the flavor of Sakura in this Frappuccino. The combination of those matches the mood of the spring.

Starbucks Sakura Fluffy Berry Frappuccino Blended Cream’s base is blended with strawberry syrup giving it a light pink color. On the other hand, the bottom has raspberry panna cotta which I really enjoyed. It has a sweet and sour taste which matches the taste of the base.

The base does taste like sakura-strawberry flavor. I love it! The sweetness is just right for me. I would probably have another one soon.

The toppings which are combinations of cherry blossoms, vanilla flavor sponge crumbs, and freeze-dried strawberry aren’t too sweet. And the combination makes an image of cherry blossoms in full bloom.

MAJOLICA MAJORCA Skin Remaker Pore Cover | Review

I was looking for the refill of my current powder foundation when I saw this Majolica Majorca Skin Remaker Pore Cover. The packaging is so elegantly cute and it gives me a princess feeling so I bought it. (*♡∀♡)

The case and the powder foundation is sold separately. The case costs ¥700 (tax not included) while the powder foundation refill costs ¥1,800 (tax not included). It is a little expensive so I am hoping that the quality is really good.

Majolica Majorca Skin Remaker Pore Cover

I can’t explain my feelings on this case. It is so pretty and the emboss is perfect! The material used in this is plastic.

It is stated on the packaging that this Majolica Majorca Skin Remaker Pore Cover is unlikely to cause to cause acne and they tested it for allergies. I have an acne prone and a little sensitive skin so this will make me feel a little safe.

I didn’t use any primer before applying the powder foundation which is what I mostly do. The coverage is light to medium but it does has a blurring effect and it minimizes the appearance of my pores. It also covers some redness and brightens up my skin. The feeling is very light as if there is nothing on my skin and it feels very smooth.
