By This YSL Touche Eclat Blur Primer is on the top 3 of several websites here in Japan so I decided to get it. It was out of stock in some stores but I was lucky to find one.
It is expensive. The price is ¥6,930. I think I’ve never bought a primer that is more than ¥2,000.
The packaging is gorgeous! I love shiny and shimmering things.
This primer has a pump that dispenses a little amount that is enough to cover half of my face.
It has a matte texture and is very easy to apply. I can spread the product effortlessly. It made my face silky smooth.
It made foundations, easy to apply. My foundation glides smoothly. But, the blurring effect is minimal.
